I am a Master of Counselling Psychology student currently completing my practicum training. I offer virtual counselling services and am committed to providing ethical, professional care in alignment with the standards and competencies of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
I provide counselling to individuals seeking support for concerns such as stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and various life transitions.
As a student practitioner, my scope of practice is best suited for individuals presenting with mild to moderate concerns. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and respectful therapeutic space in an online setting where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
I approach counselling with warmth, empathy, and flexibility, recognizing the unique considerations of virtual therapy and adapting sessions to meet each client’s needs. I value collaboration and work alongside clients to identify goals, strengths, and meaningful areas for change.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and informed by cultural humility and ethical awareness. In virtual sessions, I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused approaches.
