I will work collaboratively with you to identify and deconstruct the stories that may contribute to your struggles and empower you to re-author your story to highlight your innate strengths and resilience, as I believe that you are the expert of your own life and the architect of your future.
I am passionate about helping people navigate various life experiences, including general well-being; processing grief and loss; navigating and thriving with Anxiety, OCD, depression, managing stress and burnout; acculturation concerns, bicultural identity development, communication difficulties, and addressing behavioural concerns. I use an integrative approach to therapy, pulling interventions and strategies from theories such as Solution Focused, Emotion-focused, Strength-based, Narrative, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The therapeutic approach is tailored to the client and their presenting concerns, with the goal of exploring issues, and creating meaningful change in clients’ lives.
